I actually think the girl could pass for decent looking- maybe with the ears covered.
The boy is pretty good looking.
So, I'd call this formula a somewhat success. =)

And yeah- the Penny Pincher and the Pidgin girl. Man- the Pidgin family. They don't have the insane trait- but they dress like THAT!?!

Poor things must have a vision impairment.

As far as Neighborhoods go- I play everyone one, but a lot of Twinbrook and Riverview. I like the 'small artsy town' aspect and the 'town full of secrets', too.
But I do go back to good ole' Sunset Valley, and I love the Bridgeport scenery. It's Elegant Grunge.

I get WAY too attached to premades- so much that when I had the Sims 2 I would play them and not save because I didn't want to mess up the story that was already made for them.
The Curious brothers are my favorite, though. I just loved them all so much from the Sims 2, that the love carried over to the Sims 3. I miss Strangetown so much. Kind of want to recreate it, too bad World Building is definitely not for me.

That nose on the middle boy- what a honker. =O

The dad with all the boys- The Grunts! I think I had the middle Grunt boy end up with Johnny- the alien boy. Not that I ever saved it.

All these fond memories make me want to boot up Sims 2 again. I have all the expansions and never took them off the computer.

There is one piece of hotness in Twinbrook, of the male variety.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I don't know his name, but Mr. Tattoo in the above image with the red hair. He's not bad looking at all. (Neither is the long-haired woman next to him.)

I needed extras for that shoot for Beech Modeling Swimsuit Edition, so I just 'add to active family'd a bunch of Twinbrook people.

I did find out that the red haired tattoo'd guy is evil.
There's also another guy who could be okay looking, he's got a goatee...not sure of his name, either, LOL.

I'm on an Acer Aspire 5517. It handles Sims 3 + Expansions and CC and Mods, ALL Sims 2 Games, Sims Life Stories, Sims Pet Stories, and Several incredibly space-using art programs like a BEAST.
I have yet to have issues where everything ran slowly.

That's her name- Gala Ball.

I miss a lot about the Sims 2. Mainly alien pregnancies/male pregnancies, and plant people.
But also the Bon Voyage places, swimming in the ocean.
Being able to own a business.

AND NO RABBIT HOLES.

I hate rabbit holes. =( A lot.
I want my University back.

I had a Sim get engaged to her Professor- but he didn't give her an A despite the Whoo Hoo. But she did manage to 'influence' him to finish papers and homework for her.

The first time I watched the Curious family go through the Alien Labor, I think I made this face: O.O for hours lol. But I did kind of know what to expect, after reading this:

(Warning for explicit language, but still funny as hell.)

I probably shouldn't have opened that page, though. Seeing Strangetown and Veronaville again...-wistful sigh-

(Though- honestly? I barely touched Veronaville. Didn't have the same charm to me.)
