This looks like a still from right out of the movie! This photo was well executed and Lila looks fantastic. I love how you made your model a little faded, it's perfect! I thought that the male extra quality was a little dark, but overall you did an excellent job yet again!

I'm in love with this entry. Everything about it. Lila really looks like she's out of touch with the world... literally. This seems to feature more the romantic part of the story, more so than her choice between living and dying, but that was also a big theme so I didn't really fault you for that. I like how it looks like they're separated by a forcefield and Lila is kind of faded. And the fonts are awesome. Kudos!

This was a really genius idea! I love the concept that you came up with. I love how one girl is faded like a spirit and the other is just regular. The font is nice, but doesn't stand out as well as some of your other book covers. Overall I loved what you came up with! Great Job!

So you did a really great concept, I think, here. It shows her facing the hardships of life versus the ease of death. Or at least that's what I see. And that's exactly what the book's about so you did an awesome job coming up with a concept. The font choices are not my favorite, but the positioning of the words is nice. I think the font for the title is all right but it's a little choppy on the edges. The font for the catchphrase is so unique that it takes away from the title. Usually it's best to stick with a simple font for something like that. But I like your extra words themself. Overall I think you really portrayed well what this book is about.

As always Shadow looks beautiful even as her back is turned to us! The setting is set up nicely and has a lot to look at! I just don't feel that this photo represents the book theme at all. Maybe the reflection of herself in the glass gives us a hint of her spirit, but that is about it. Even though the theme is a bit off, the quality was very well executed. Good Job!

So this is really pretty, but I think it misses the mark on theme. In the book, the girl is in a coma, thinking about life or death. Shadow looks really thoughtful, but I don't see the life-or-death situation that much in your design. She just looks like a girl lounging around at her house thinking of life, but not necessarily whether she should choose to live or die. I love the fonts you used and the positions of the wording. It's just that the theme was a bit off for me.

How Clever! Even though you had no knowledge of this book, I still really loved what you came up with. The title and font look great! I love all of the use of colors especially in her dress. I feel that Mia is more of a good girl, so I'm not sure the dress would be suitable for her age. But other than that I thought you did a really good job this round!

What happened? Usually you're so creative. At first glance, and then even after thinking about it, I don't really see the book's theme in your photo. I'd like to see more than just Leia repeated. This cover isn't much other than her, in the same position, repeated. I can see where the fading part could be... the main character in a sort of faded state, but even just different poses could have spiced this up. The title font looks too harsh and edgy for this sort of story. The author's name font is okay but I think it would have been a better choice for the title's font. I don't know, this just fell flat to me because it's repetitive and wasn't really your usual caliber of work.
