hair drawing using Pen tool. Opinions?

Okay so I finally got the hang of the Pen Tool in Photoshop, so I tried using harry tutorial and came up with this result:

I know it's not that good but I am practicing. Any opinions on what to improve on more?

It really isn't that bad
I know the pen tool is really difficult!

I think that the strands should be a bit smaller and detailed, and the strands at the top of the hair just needs to be a little neater and flowing in the same direction.
But otherwise I think it's very good!

i agree with starling and perhaps a few fly-away hairs so it doesn't look as drawn and appears more natural and realistic.
