In the Simming Community, we fight for readers like lions over food. (Not too knowledgeable in the animal kingdom, don't fuss if the analogy is wrong haha)

Authors are always trying new methods of shameless self promotion, we hunger for more comments and more views.

But, in the midst of the fight, we forget about the stories we read- the ones that we don't write ourselves, that also deserve views and love.

So, it's time to pass the love around. This thread it to recommend your favorite story/legacy to others. The only rule is it cannot be written by yourself.

It'll help to post the title, author, and say why you love it. =)

This was THE Legacy/Story that got me involved in the Simming Community on forums and such, and also got me writing my own stories about my Sims.
It is well written with believable, interesting chararcters and an intriguing storyline. I related so much to each new generation and became so attached as the story went on. These are the people you will love to hate, and nomatter what Legacy or Story I read this one will always have top place in my heart. <3

Ok, first is: "Mary, Just Mary" By Blue Dragon (who is Cerulee on the officials)

This is set back in the 50's. I like the way it feels like you are stepping back int ime.

another of hers is :
Love You To Death which is actually the back story of a chracter in "Mary, Just Mary"

For those who like vamp stories, this one is excellent: Desire After Dark By DeviousMonkey

It is centered around "teens" although I think she (i think DM is a girl, anyway) uses YA characters. I love how the story flows and the way she makes her characters stand out.

My good friend Seaweedy does a great legacy but really detailed, lol. I am reccomending his teen drama: The Drama Club It follows Lana through the trials of teen life (wow, the finale is up!)

And also: I've Had A Hole In My Heart For So Long This isn't really a story per se, but a wonderful read anyway!
