Thank you so much, Elastic! I'm so glad that you like it, it means so much coming from someone like you *O* And I just followed Evie's tutorial! I had to draw each strand individually with the pen tool... twice! So it took over 7 hours for the whole thing x) I think the shape also has a lot to do with it.

OMG everyone is talking about this tutorial and I reblogged it from tumblr but I haven't actually tried it yet! So far everyone who has used it has been completely successful so I think it is time that I follow suit!

I think I've finally found an easy way for me to draw hair that seems to work fairly well. It's no where near as good as you guys, but it's the best I've done.

Hmm, I wasn't that successful on my first attempt:

But the hair edit I posted earlier was my second attempt ;) You should really give it a go! You don't have to use any special brushes, and as there's only one line in the brush, you don't need to keep constantly changing the angle of it Getting the shape is tough, though, I ended up borrowing some of mine from Evie herself XD
Also, I think I'll be able to post one more edit later tonight before I have to go away for my exams :S

Aaw, thank you so much! But I must agree, my earlier hair drawings were not as good ;) And the tutorial is surprisingly easy, you don't really need that much skill. However, you definitely need a LOT of patience ;) I wish Evie would do a tutorial on how she gets her shape right, though, that would be so useful!
