How I Edit - Video Tutorials

So to make this post a bit more current. I originally made this thread, asking for a Head shot for my next video tutorial. I chose a head shot by Unbound member "Glmbunny" and did a complete "Blissed" Edit
Blissed? I think that is what you guys started calling it? Hehe
YES This thread will be moved to the tutorials, But I don't want to just poof the thread on you with no warning
Anyways...I get tons of PM's and questions via Tut threads about how I do certain edits in my photos? I think I have finally covered just about ALL OF IT!
So this Tutorial covers...
Skin Smoothing
Skin Shadows
Skin Highlights
Eye Drawing
Make up
Skin Texture
Hair Drawing
Hair Casted Shadows
Jewelry Application
Clean Up's
Filters
These are ALL Edits I do in 99.9% of my photo's.

Oh wow looking great guys!
@simsgal, My suggestion for the eyes would be to add a lil more of the black around them. With soo much white, it makes them appear flat. eye itself (Colored part) a lil larger.
@Darla, same for the size of your eyes too, but make sure they line up with each other in terms of the right eye looks like it is kinda going off in another direction and not lining up with the right eye.
Everything else looks fabulous!

Woot, thanks for the suggestions, Bliss! I can't wait to add part 2 to my pic later .
@Darla: for the eyeshadow, I know mine wasn't perfectly symmetrical when I drew it. I found erasing was easier than drawing if I made a mistake .

I love it! I finally finished with step two! I had the wrong hair brush before, but I found some amazing ones! I didn't change the overall hair much, but I like the effect it gave!
After Part 1:

After Part 2: (I decided to copy paste some other eyes because I think they look more realistic)

I wanted to share my next WIP. I didn't get to ll the face editing yet since I wanted to do some hair drawing.
I took this pic like a week ago when I wanted to hair draw and it wasn't working out.
After doing the one above, I now know how to do it. So, I tackled this pic.
The sunset I also thought was boring, so utilizing gaussian blur and many layers, I made the sunset (the sun is copied from somewhere else and modified).
Before:

After:

I'm two or three hours into the hair, and I still have more hair to go! Then I have other editing to do... I can't see wanting to draw hair that often, it takes so long!
I plan on adding some sort of side bangs, probably, but once the rest of the hair is pretty much done.

That looks really good, I only suggest darkening the roots some and maybe some highlights in the hair to give it more volume

I had a few hours of free time over the past few days so I tried what I could...
I didn't draw hair or pearls, so for now this is as good as it's going to get.

Oh you guys are doing soo fabulous!
@scruffy, your eyes look great!
@bubbles, love it. My only suggestion would be to give the hair a lil more volume. It seems a lil flat in terms of (not coming off the head) enough.
Still awesome!

Oh my goodness bubbles, that is amazing!
So I finished the edit of my pic. I went crazy dl'ing gimp brushes! I fixed the skin a little, put in some clouds, the grass and foliage, and the birds. I also added a few filters that I think brought it back to life (I tried red saturation for one of them, and it really livened things up! I just deleted it on my sim, it made her look pinkish). AND I added some shadows.
I think my photo looks much more interesting now .
Do you have any hair suggestions, Bliss? Obviously I'm a beginner at it. How can I give it more depth? Are my hair strands too big?

Looks great ladies!
@bubbles, I have to re do the pearl tut. You can find it in issue 7 of Sensation if you need too tho
Think it is issue 7? It is the issue with the theme "Couples"

Alright... I was overloaded with freetime last night so I made another one.
I feel like I could have done so much better on it, but I started it at about 11 O'Clock and I was beyond tired. I'm still proud of it none the less.
Also, this is a Halloween or, 'haunted' image, so... be prepared for a touch of scare and a touch of edge as well.

I've decided I like that ugly EA hair as a starter since it's so flat.
